Virtual Wellbeing and Relaxation session:
Relieving low level Stressors and promoting Resilience. Date: Friday 29th January 10 -11am £14.99 - 1 hour session. During this very small group session, we will work on low level stressors and focus on resilience using a combination of guided visualisation, mindfulness and guided Self- Havening Techniques® a gentle pyscho sensory healing technique based on neuroscience and natural touch, which delinks encoded traumatic memories from the body and mind. The session is accessed via Zoom, limited number of places. All you will need to take part is access to a computer, smart phone or tablet, a comfortable space to sit or lay down which is quiet and the risk of distraction is minimal. All joining instructions are sent after booking. |
