Inner child re-parenting and trauma resolution. (Adults)
Being a parent can make us reflect on our own childhood and the experiences of how we were parented. Often this is a positive experience however sometimes individuals may feel they want to revisit childhood experiences in the search for resolution and closure. This is a positive process and can often lead to the individual's parenting ability being more effective and enjoyable.
Our certified wellbeing practitioners support Adults in the resolution of their negative experiences of childhood which may have impacted their lives as adults. We use a range of different techniques including Psychotherapy, EMDR, NLP, a Delta Wave Therapy and Inner child work, depending on the clients needs. We enable the client to work towards positive changes relating to the way they feel about themselves.
