Sair has a very calm and gentle manner and is easy to trust, she is extremely professional and remained totally focused on me, my experience, thoughts and feelings. The havening left me feeling, much calmer and more relaxed about the situation needed to address. This related to public speaking in a space in which I felt particularly vulnerable and extremely anxious. When the actual day arrived, my anxiety was much reduced but not completely gone.
I have since had a top up session with Sair, who identified a deeper underlying issue which had surfaced following the initial havening. This related to a car accident when I was younger, which until that point, I had completely forgotten about. I now use self-havening if I feel I need to, but over time the original anxiety has almost disappeared, and I am able to really enjoy this aspect of my new role. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sair or havening, which I feel is a very positive experience.
I went along to a session with Sair after I had been dieting and could not stop snacking on cakes and sweets. After a session with Sair where she helped me around my food issues and eating unhealthy snacks I felt different and more aware of eating healthy. I have since lost nearly 2 stone, through eating healthily and cutting out cakes and snacks. I don't even miss them! Thank you. x
