Addictions and Cravings.
Addictions can take over lives, and habits can be very hard to break in relation to those addictions. We will enable you to create new 'good' habits to replace the old bad habits, in order to avoid the addiction. Within this process we explore the core triggers to addictions, reducing the need for the addictions, and managing the cravings linked to them. Through this process your practitioner will support you with building resilience, and self confidence and motivation to succeed your goal.
