Similar to other frontline professions, Teaching is no exception to the risk of compassion fatigue and the symptoms of burnout. As you will be well aware, the amount of effort which goes into planning, and delivering lesson can be time consuming at the best of times. Also having the honour and responsibility of enabling children and young people to create positive learning opportunities which support their future decisions and life choices can be rewarding, and exhausting at the same time.

​The pressures and demands of teaching can be overwhelming at times, however identifying the signs which lead to professionals being overwhelmed and slipping into Compassion Fatigue can be a valuable tool in preventing it.

We provide sessions to individuals and to small groups to interrupt the symptoms of compassion fatigue, using a combination of coaching methods and a delta wave therapy. The session enables individuals to acknowledge factors which can be causing compassion fatigue, and develop a self care tool kit to take away which focus on aspects of preventing compassion fatigue and promoting wellbeing. 

This session contains guided visualisation, aspects of mindfulness, breathing techniques and a delta wave therapy.
