Virtual Wellbeing and Relaxation session.
The aim of the session is to help relax and relieve yourself of the stresses and strains of everyday life. It is an opportunity to spend some time just for you, as we all to often focus on our children, work and other people, forgetting ourselves.During the session we will work on low level stressors and focus on relaxation using a combination of guided visualisation and mindfulness.
The session is accessed via Zoom. All you will need to take part is access to a computer, smart phone or tablet, a comfortable space to sit or lay down which is quiet and the risk of distraction is minimal.
